Welcome to MyTennisCloud! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the MyTennisCloud website (https://mytenniscloud.com/), including any related content, features, Learning Management System (LMS) modules, and services offered (collectively, the “Services”).
MyTennisCloud is operated and based in London, United Kingdom. By accessing or using our Services, purchasing a membership, or enrolling in our courses, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Website or Services.
1. Description of Services
MyTennisCloud provides professional online tennis coaching, technical video analysis, digital Learning Management System (LMS) courses, live Zoom coaching sessions, and mentoring programs designed for players, coaches, parents, clubs, and academies worldwide.
2. User Accounts and Memberships
- Registration: To access certain features, including LMS courses and membership tiers, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
- Account Security: You are responsible for safeguarding your account login credentials. You may not share your account or login information with third parties. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
- Membership Tiers & Access Levels: Access to specific content and features is determined strictly by the subscription tier purchased:
- Monthly Library Membership ($24 USD / month): Grants online streaming access strictly to the Training Library (technical drills, footwork, physical conditioning, tactical exercises, parent guides, and library Zoom calls). This tier provides Library Access Only and does not include access to premium mentoring courses, special coaching packages, or personal 1-on-1 video analysis.
- Specialized Course Pass ($69 USD): Grants dedicated access to the specific special course or module purchased (e.g., specialized neuro-typology, body preferences, or targeted coach/parent frameworks).
- Annual All-Access Membership ($350 USD / year): Grants comprehensive, all-inclusive access to the complete Training Library, all Special Courses, and all Mentoring Framework Modules for a full 12-month period.
3. Payments, Subscriptions, Course Support, and Refunds
- Pricing & Billing: All prices for courses, memberships, and coaching packages are displayed at the time of purchase. By providing a payment method, you authorize us (or our third-party payment processors, Stripe and PayPal) to charge you for the selected services.
- Auto-Renewal & Cancellation: Recurring subscriptions ($24/month and $350/year) renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled prior to the renewal date. Members may cancel their recurring subscriptions at any time directly through their Membership Account dashboard (
/membership-account/). Cancellation stops future billing, and access remains active until the end of the current paid billing period. - Ongoing Course Support Until Cancellation:Course Support Guarantee: Active members receive continuous course support, coach Q&A, instructor feedback, platform assistance, and content updates across all eligible courses strictly until they cancel their membership. Upon cancellation, active course support and instructor assistance will conclude at the end of the current paid billing cycle.
- UK Digital Content Waiver & Refund Policy:
- Under the UK Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, consumers ordinarily have a statutory right to cancel a contract within 14 days.
- However, when purchasing a digital membership or course on MyTennisCloud, you give your express consent for immediate supply of digital content (streaming video library and LMS courses) and acknowledge that you lose and waive your statutory 14-day right of cancellation/refund once immediate access has been supplied.
- Consequently, all membership purchases and digital course fees are strictly non-refundable. We do not offer partial or prorated refunds for mid-billing cycle cancellations.
4. Intellectual Property & Copyright
- Our Content: All materials on MyTennisCloud—including coaching videos, course curriculums, exercises, graphics, text, logos, and software—are the proprietary intellectual property of MyTennisCloud and are protected under UK and international copyright and intellectual property laws. You are granted a single, non-transferable, revocable license for personal, non-commercial use only.
- Restrictions: You may not copy, record, download, distribute, resell, or publicly display any of our video content or materials without our express prior written permission.
- User Submissions: When you submit videos for technical analysis, you retain ownership of your videos. However, you grant MyTennisCloud a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to view, process, and analyze the videos strictly for the purpose of providing you with coaching feedback.
5. Acceptable Use and Single-User License
When using MyTennisCloud, you agree not to:
- Share, resell, or distribute your account credentials or paid course access with third parties, clubs, or academies.
- Use the Services for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.
- Upload any content that contains malware, viruses, or is defamatory, infringing, or harmful.
- Harass, abuse, or engage in inappropriate conduct toward our coaches, staff, or community members.
6. Medical and Physical Risk Disclaimer
Tennis is a demanding physical sport that carries an inherent risk of injury.
- The coaching, technical analysis, and physical exercises provided by MyTennisCloud are intended strictly for educational and developmental purposes.
- You are solely responsible for ensuring that you (or your junior player) are medically and physically fit to participate in the recommended drills.
- To the fullest extent permitted by UK law, MyTennisCloud and its coaches accept no liability for any physical injury, strain, or health complications resulting from following our online training videos or programs. Always consult a general practitioner or sports medicine professional before undertaking any new athletic regimen.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our Services are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. While our coaches hold prestigious international certifications (including RPT, ICA, and GPTCA) and deliver high-standard professional instruction, MyTennisCloud does not guarantee specific tournament victories, match outcomes, or official ranking results.
8. Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury arising from our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by the laws of England and Wales. Subject to this, MyTennisCloud shall not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential losses, including loss of data, profits, or opportunity.
9. Data Protection & UK GDPR

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms of Service and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
You irrevocably agree that the courts of England and Wales (London) shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim that arises out of or in connection with these Terms or our Services.
